This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of the website www.lumeneobistro.md (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), operated by SRL "Lume Neobistro" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), headquartered in Chisinau, 43 Vlaicu Parcalab St., registered with the State Registration Chamber of the Republic of Moldova.

Accessing and using the Site implies implicit acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

The Site presents information about Lume Neobistro restaurant, menu, catering services, events and wines.

Prices displayed on the Site are indicative and may change. The final price is the one confirmed at the time of order or reservation.

Product and dish images are illustrative and may differ from reality.

Reservations are made via the online form or by phone at +373 697 12 000.

A reservation is only confirmed after receiving confirmation from the restaurant, within a maximum of 30 minutes.

For groups larger than 8 people, telephone confirmation is required.

All prices are expressed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include VAT.

Payment is made at the restaurant, by cash or bank card (Visa, Mastercard).

For private events and catering, a 30% advance of the total value may be requested.

The content of the Site (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by Law No. 64/2004 on copyright and related rights and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.

Reproduction, distribution or modification of the content without the Operator's prior written consent is prohibited.

The Operator is not liable for temporary interruptions of the Site's operation due to technical reasons or force majeure.

The Operator does not guarantee that the Site is free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for their own IT security.

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. In case of failure, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
