The data controller is SRL "Lume Neobistro", registered in the Republic of Moldova, headquartered at 43 Vlaicu Parcalab St., Chisinau.

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova.

Data we collect directly from you: first name, last name, phone number, email address, reservation details and preferences (date, time, number of people, special occasion, messages).

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on the Site (through cookies and similar technologies).

We process personal data for the following purposes: managing reservations; communicating with customers; improving services; direct marketing (only with prior consent); fulfilling legal obligations.

Data processing is based on: performance of a contract (reservation/catering); explicit consent of the data subject; legitimate interests of the Operator; legal obligations.

Reservation data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction, for fiscal and archiving purposes.

Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Under Law No. 133/2011, you have the right to: access; rectification; erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restriction of processing; data portability; objection; withdrawal of consent.
